- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the website.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not build visitor profiles. Page views are counted anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
3. Purposes of processing
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotations, catalogues and technical documentation you request;
- Establishing, running and developing business relationships with customers, suppliers and partners;
- Fulfilling legal obligations, including commercial and tax record-keeping;
- Keeping the website secure, preventing abuse and resolving technical faults.
4. Legal grounds
We process personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), and our legitimate interests, provided they do not override your fundamental rights (f). For visitors in the EEA, the corresponding grounds are Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Where a transfer abroad requires it, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox on the contact form.
5. Transfers of personal data
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), and the website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States). Data you submit may therefore be processed on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of appropriate safeguards or your explicit consent.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it, and to our professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
6. Retention
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the statutory periods that apply to commercial records (up to 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code). Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
