01 — Overview

An aluminium composite panel is two aluminium sheets bonded to a low-density polyethylene core with adhesive granules or film. The painted surface of the top sheet gives superior surface durability.

The panels are lightweight, attractive and fast to install. They offer high sound and heat insulation, a wide range of colours and flexible application options, and their cost-effectiveness has made them indispensable for building cladding.

Alongside the standard type, production includes A2 non-combustible and B1-FR (fire retardant) panels, documented with Exova and Warrington Fire test reports.
