01 — Overview

Overview

Roof windows bring daylight and fresh air to rooms under the roof. Tempered, argon-filled double glazing resists hail and weather, and a filtered channel in the frame keeps the room ventilated even when the sash is closed.

A micro-opening position provides background ventilation, and the centre-pivot hinge turns the sash 180° for easy cleaning of the outer pane. The inner frame is impregnated, twice-varnished natural timber; the outer frame is powder-coated aluminium.
