Overview
01 — OverviewLaminates are made by pressing layers of resin-impregnated kraft paper with a decorative surface paper under heat and pressure. HPL is pressed as individual sheets, CPL in continuous rolls, and compact laminate builds up enough layers to become a dense, self-supporting panel that needs no substrate.
The range covers decorative laminates for furniture, kitchens and wall cladding; compact panels such as S-Com for cubicles, lockers, table tops and wet areas; and functional grades for hospitals, laboratories, transport, electronics and schools — antibacterial S-Bio and S-Defence, fire-retardant S-Fire, chemical-resistant S-Lab, static-dissipative S-Tech and lead-lined S-X-Ray among them.
Surfaces are non-porous, hygienic and easy to clean, resistant to scratches, impact, moisture and heat, and available in wood, natural stone, metal, plain-colour, digital and Zero decors in finishes from ultra-matt to gloss.
